Check-in Information:
The East Zion Riverside Lodge check-in is across the street at the Thunderbird Restaurant. Check-in time is 3 pm.
This form must be filled out and sent to the lodge.
Deposit Policy:
Deposit required is 50% of the total rental cost. A cleaning/damage $100 deposit is required at check-in. Credit card number is required on all reservations. Deposit is due ten days after reservations are made and can be paid with a personal check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Credit card used for deposits must be presented at check-in for verification.
Cancellation Policy: Fully refundable 1 week prior, no refund 7 days before reservation.
 ABSOLUTELY NO PETS of any kind allowed.
No Smoking in the house.
Golf Package:
Groups over 15 contact us for private golf tournaments.

Rates
The house must be rented for a minimum of 2 days.
Rate does not include tax.
$295 daily for groups of 6 or less
$15 additional fee for
each extra person
Due to the large groups that tend to visit the house, if it will be used for a get-together, a $15 fee must be paid daily for each person visiting, even if they are not spending the night..
Weekly Rate - Take 15% off total cost before tax. * Weekly Rate is 7 nights
There is an additional fee for sofa bed use and use of additional adjoining rooms beyond the two main bedrooms and the kitchen. |
Check in time 3pm. Check out time 11am. Deposit is required when making the reservation.
